Job Responsibilities To answer all incoming inquiries professionally and acquirement of business. To achieve the expected target number of pipeline projects. Ability to know competitors' price, strength, weaknesses and other relevant information off hand. All reports are delivered accurately and in a timely fashion. No complaints or outstanding payment from account. Good relationship in every level between MCC (internal) and customer staffs Businesses are maintained or developed with estimated and actual gross margin expectations being met. No complaints from customer by understanding customer's requirements and working culture. To comply with quality procedures and observe the company's share values in daily internal relationships. To ensure all actions and behaviour are consistent with the company's values and contribute to the positive MCC culture and professional customer relationships. Introduce new product innovations in key accounts and execute plans for growth to achieve in line with business objectives. Consolidates all necessary data pertaining to analysis of target market and customer opportunities through prospecting, networking and market intelligence. Job Requirements Degree Holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field At least 1 year working experience in Sales and Marketing environment with Packaging industry Possess own transport with valid driver’s license and willing to travel extensively Has full color perception Fluent in English and local language, both verbal and written Computer literate and must be knowledgeable with MS Office, Outlook, etc. Customer-oriented with pleasing personality Excellent communication & good presentation skills Planning & Organizational skills Able to work independently Mature, aggressive, and result oriented with strong analytical mind Residing in Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Pasay area Why Multi-Color?
