JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Development Lead will serve as the Project Lead, overseeing properties and initiatives aligned with the company's committed targets and deliverables. The role includes providing support to various departments and managing unit inventory for assigned properties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management Lead – Monitors and drives monthly milestone deliverables, from acquisition and conceptual planning to implementation and turnover.

Prepares business plan financials to support project feasibility and decision- making.

Conducts market research and analysis for acquisitions, banking partnerships, and other project support requirements.

Manage inventory, including encoding unit details in NOAH, performing pricing analysis, and reviewing price lists prior to endorsement for approval.

Assists Sales & Marketing in validating commission structures through commission override checks.

Supports accreditation processes and requirements, such as those for banks, Pag-IBIG, and other institutions.

Conducts occasional site visits for both acquisition opportunities and existing properties.

Represents the team in external affairs related to the project, including community and government relations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4 -year Business Course
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Skilled in market research and analysis; familiarity with Canva is a plus
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Teamplayer
