Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing revenue. The role includes expanding the company’s client base and market reach through market research, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy development. The BDM serves as a bridge between the company’s capabilities and the market’s needs, helping align internal resources with external opportunities to drive growth and revenue through strategic planning and relationship building.

Role Details

This is a remote, full-time position. Salary is open for discussion. Work days may include Tuesday to Saturday, with hours to be determined. The client is described as a leading international brand with extensive global operations.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience, showcasing effective team management
  • Experience in Engineering/Construction and elevator industries is highly prioritized
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Leadership and organizational abilities with industry awareness
Home-Based Requirements
  • Fast and reliable wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
  • Quiet, private home office free from distractions
  • Updated computer (desktop or laptop), high-quality headset with microphone, and working webcam
