Job Title: Associate Business Development Manager

Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid – 3x a week onsite)

Work Schedule: Permanent Role | Day Shift (Manila Time)

Job Summary:

Avensys is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mindset, experience in BFSI solutions, and a proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, particularly in BFSI technology solutions.
  • Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations
  • Should have relevant experience of in BFSI Domain
  • Ability to win new logos
  • Ability to manage C-level stakeholders during sales process
  • Good presentation skills and ability to articulate tech solutions well
  • Should be a sales professional with relevant experience in customized software solutions/products. Should also have an understanding/appreciation of software service business
  • Should have global market intelligence and knowledge of competitors' products and future business plans
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills
  • Demonstrated Leadership capabilities
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Should be highly motivated and target oriented
