We're Hiring: Business Development Associate – Drive Growth, Build Partnerships, Make an Impact

Are you a driven communicator with a passion for building relationships and identifying growth opportunities? We're looking for a Business Development Associate who can help us expand our client base, promote our brand offerings, and contribute to strategic initiatives that move the business forward.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts — engaging with clients, representing our brand, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction from first contact to after-sales support.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate and manage strong, lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Lead franchise promotions, consultations, and negotiations to drive brand growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver excellent after-sales service and client support.
  • Track key business development metrics, analyze client feedback, and report on performance outcomes.
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and client presentations.
  • Take on additional initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills — you're confident, persuasive, and people-oriented.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by results.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of initiatives that directly impact company success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
