Are you passionate about people, processes, and building efficient systems? We are looking for an HR, Admin, and Procurement Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving employee welfare, ensuring compliance, and managing procurement and administrative operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead HR functions including employee welfare programs, statutory compliance, and policy implementation.
  • Support leaders in performance management and employee relations.
  • Oversee the full procurement cycle: sourcing, bidding, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
  • Manage administrative services such as third-party agency relations, billing, contracts, and utilities.
  • Act as the petty cash custodian and recommend improvements to admin processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bible believing Christian and preferably a part of a Discipleship group
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Procurement, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory compliance, and procurement practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS/procurement systems a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
