  • Assist buyers in their daily procurement activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.
  • Oversee and provide regular updates on supplier evaluations, ensuring compliance with company standards and performance expectations.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues, including commitment delays, raw material or supply shortages, capacity constraints, DPAP concerns, and payment discrepancies.
  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee payment processing to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
  • Conduct quarterly evaluations and updates of both team and supplier performance, maintaining accurate KPI records for the department.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers regarding delivery commitments, ensuring alignment with production schedules and company requirements.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree but preferably related to Supply Chain Management.
  • Must have at least 12-15 years of relevant experience in purchasing, sales or supplier management.
  • Proficient in procurement operation.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO requirements and compliance.
  • knowledgeable in MS Office operations.
  • Proficient in SAP Systems.
