  • Monitor and identify relevant bid opportunities through the PhilGEPS portal and other government procurement platforms.
  • Ensure timely registration, updates, and compliance of the company's profile and requirements in PhilGEPS.
  • Analyze and review bidding documents such as Terms of Reference (TOR), Scope of Work (SOW), BOQ, plans, and other tender requirements.
  • Prepare and submit eligibility documents, technical proposals, and financial bids in accordance with RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and PhilGEPS guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Estimation, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Procurement) to gather necessary data and documents for bid proposals.
  • Source and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for pricing and compliance.
  • Attend pre-bid conferences, bid openings, and post-qualification activities as required.
  • Ensure all bid submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within prescribed deadlines.
  • Maintain organized and secure records of all bidding activities, including bid documents, correspondence, bid bonds, and certifications.
  • Assist in contract signing, documentation turnover, and monitoring of awarded projects.
  • Stay updated on procurement laws, government procurement policies, and PhilGEPS system changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
