  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including canvassing, bidding, purchasing, and delivery coordination.
  • Source competitive suppliers and quotations in compliance with company and government procurement regulations.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Bid Documents.
  • Facilitate publication of procurement opportunities and posting of awards via PHILGEPS.
  • Conduct supplier accreditation and evaluation, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with the Government Procurement Reform Act (RA 9184) and internal procurement policies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to forecast and fulfill supply and procurement needs.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports for internal and external audits.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php22,000.00 per month
