About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team at LEAD TECH INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS CORPORATION' in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. As a Procurement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistical operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions to secure the best value for the company
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to meet production schedules
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions
  • Analyse procurement data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities and performance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of securing favourable deals
  • Proficient in the use of procurement software and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
