Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the BPO industry to lead our sales efforts. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering tailored outsourcing solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets (onshore, offshore, or nearshore).
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across potential client organizations.
Present and pitch tailored BPO solutions to C-level executives and procurement teams.
Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals.
Collaborate with operations and solution design teams to create customized service offerings.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and prepare regular sales performance reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years experience in BPO sales or business development.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions (voice, non-voice, technical support, back office, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
