We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and driving booked appointments.About the Job
This is not a typical cold-call sales position. Instead, you will be working with warm and aging leads who have already shown interest in our services but need to be re-engaged. Your goal will be to reignite their interest and move them through the sales pipeline.
You will be making high-volume outbound calls to these leads, addressing their concerns and hesitations, and rescheduling missed or canceled consultations. You will also be acting as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring that leads feel heard, supported, and informed.
ResponsibilitiesMaking high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads.
Reigniting interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations.
Rescheduling missed or canceled consultations and moving prospects back into the sales pipeline.
Acting as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.
Listening for objections and countering with clear, confident, value-driven messaging.
Keeping detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility.
Working closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient.
