As an Outbound Sales Agent, you'll support global clients by driving lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline follow-ups. Whether you're making outbound calls, updating CRMs, or qualifying prospects, your work plays a key role in helping businesses grow. If you're confident on the phone, organized in your workflow, and motivated by results, this is the role for you.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.

  • At least a high school graduate.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Background in call center, telesales, or sales support roles.

Essential Functions

  • Make outbound calls to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and set appointments.

  • Conduct discovery conversations to pre-qualify interest and gather useful insights.

  • Assist client-side sales teams with CRM updates, task tracking, and pipeline maintenance.

  • Schedule meetings, product demos, or callbacks between clients and their leads.

  • Perform research on target markets, businesses, or customers as needed.

  • Maintain clean, accurate documentation of activities and outcomes.

  • Meet individual KPIs for quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

  • Participate in client briefings, internal syncs, and campaign updates to stay aligned.
