About FWD Life Philippines FWD Life Insurance Corporation (FWD Life Philippines) launched its commercial operations in September 2014. The job will lead the leader development training programs and campaigns under the agency distribution channel. Part of the role includes a dotted line to the ELD Head to ensure alignment of program execution. The role also contributes to the achievement of company key metrics within the Project Everest strategy. Responsibilities Product Ownership: Act as the overall leader development lead of all programs and campaigns in the Territory. Provide training on setting strategic visioning, business planning, recruitment sourcing & onboarding, and developing consistent producers to increase agent productivity. Drive month-on-month growth, expansion and activation. Manage stakeholder engagement, validation and acceptance by Agency Leaders and continuous improvement. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze relevant distribution data. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and optimize distribution operations in the territory. Process Optimization: Analyze current new leader appointment and existing leader validation processes. Identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance distribution satisfaction. Implement optimization initiatives and monitor effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other Champions within the territory and with other Leader Development Champions in other territories to align distribution-related needs. Work with the ELD Head to align objectives, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in distribution management. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Job Qualifications Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines. With at least 10 years of insurance industry experience, particularly in both agency and bancassurance; must be a former MDRT with strong agency sales management experience. Understanding and experience in distribution of various insurance products and in managing agents in the field. Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong interpersonal skills.
