2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Overview The Project Development Manager is responsible for overseeing project profitability and managing the full cycle of the project development process, including feasibility studies, project design & planning, project launch & implementation, turnover to clients and set-up of property management operations. The PDM champions project success by leading and working with partners from Design & Construction, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Permits & Property Management to ensure timely accomplishment of milestones. Responsibilities PROJECT INCEPTION – Gather data necessary for competitor and market analysis; analyze market data and recommend project concept and pricing. PROJECT PLANNING – Recommend ideas for project conceptualization (product mix and sizes); assist the Permits Group with permit/license issues; conduct financial analysis and develop templates as needed; spearhead project launching and uploading. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION – Monitor Sales and Marketing budget; analyze budget data across multiple projects to minimize overall costs of the cluster; oversee Sales and Marketing activities; ensure timely construction progress; respond to sales inquiries to ensure a smooth booking process; analyze and recommend strategies to move project inventory; manage inventory; lead end-to-end real estate cycle; capable of managing a one-person project development role. PROJECT TURNOVER – Monitor turnover and acceptance rates of units to clients; assist in ensuring timely turnover and acceptable condition of units. Qualifications Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Management, Economics, Civil Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred. Demonstrates strong and decisive leadership skills. Highly entrepreneurial with a strong sense of ownership. Highly analytical, strategic, organized, results-driven, resourceful, and innovative. Balances task orientation with relationship building. Experience supervising staff. 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry. Experience conceptualizing development projects, conducting feasibility studies & market research, and designing and implementing sales & marketing strategies. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area as required.
