Job Summary:
The Senior Strategic HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business performance. This role collaborates with senior leaders to design workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. The HRBP ensures that HR policies and practices align with the company’s goals while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Act as a strategic advisor on HR-related matters, including organizational design and change management.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Identify skills gaps and recommend training initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Support performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
- Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution efforts.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with HR teams to improve HR processes, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
- Use HR analytics to track key workforce metrics and suggest improvements.
