Rockwell Automation is hiring

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Order Management) to be based in our Vietnam or Philippines office. This role focuses on order processing, credits & returns for our customers. You will report to the Customer Care Manager based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Handle Order Management, Credits and Returns for the SEA region.
  • Work with several internal teams to follow up on status.
  • Provide updates to customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to deliver a satisfactory service to customers.
  • Raise feedback and process improvements to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field OR Diploma with more than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in order processing related responsibilities.
  • Experience in MFG/Pro & SAP is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with an interest in supply chain and customer service are welcome to apply.
Preferred
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service mindset with good follow-up actions.
  • Comfortable dealing with clients and partners by email and phone.
  • Behavior analysis: identify patterns that predict problems.
  • Outreach: contact customers before they experience issues.
  • Personalized solutions: tailor responses according to the case.
