We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the frontline of support, helping customers navigate their tools and services with confidence. You will help introduce and grow our cutting-edge technology in an exciting, fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers
  • Support and provide technical troubleshooting
  • Prioritize and escalate customer issues through internal support channels
  • Function as a product expert and technical communications resource for clients
  • Support the technical team, customers, and end-users as needed

Skills and preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Desire and aptitude for learning deep technical aspects of our product
