About This Role

• The role of the Global Business Center (GBC) Manager of HR Operations is to support the smooth operation of talent acquisition and human resource processes and workflows.
• Track and report candidate and new hire metrics, update process documents, and communicate with necessary stakeholders across the organization.
• Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the candidate and employee life cycle process, working HR systems (Core, Greenhouse, Smartsheet, Workday).
• Oversee and maintain internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to candidates and employees.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommend and implement solutions.
• Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
• Compile or assist with complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff.
• Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
• Facilitate migration to a unified HRIS if required.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Administer and organize Employee Referral Program and process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests, sending communications, tracking and events.
• Update and maintain processes and workflow improvements and integrate into the appropriate systems.
