Overview Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Key Account Management Lead, Business Development Role overview: Lead the development and execution of the business development and growth strategy for the product category, manage key account relationships, and lead a team of Sales and Key Account Managers. Responsibilities Create, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the product category. Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets. Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes, ensuring pricing competitiveness, appropriate assortment, and stock availability of key merchants within the category. Manage a team of Sales and Key Account Managers to grow and manage the portfolio of brands. Carry out analysis and surveys to better understand account/brand requirements and behavior. Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or related field. Experience with management consulting, business development, sales or account management (eCommerce experience is a plus). Strong data analytics skills. Currently or previously in a management or leadership position. Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin. Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas.
