Role Overview

As the Business Development Lead , you will play a key role in establishing and scaling company operations in the Philippines. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a deep understanding of financial services, partnership development, and B2B growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure funding partnerships with banks and financial institutions
  • Lead B2B user acquisition efforts in coordination with the marketing team
  • Manage third-party vendors and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Establish and grow key partnerships to support business expansion
  • Represent the company in relevant industry meetings and networking opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to support product and business decisions
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field
  • Background in FinTech, technology, or e-commerce is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
