Location: LIXIL Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Employment type: Full time, Hybrid. Role: Key Account Manager – responsible for business development, sales target attainment, and relationship building. Responsibilities Lead business development and relationship building with assigned clients, achieve sales targets and marketing programs, and maximize profitable sales in assigned account and/or territory. Establish good working relationships with existing and prospective clients to deliver excellent customer service and generate sales opportunities. Generate leads and opportunities through research, prospecting, and client visits. Prepare monthly sales forecasts and provide weekly updates. Coordinate and assist Customer Care on billing and accounts receivable. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Sales with focus on construction and plumbing supplies. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in sales. Experience handling key account clients. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
