E-Commerce Key Account Manager
to lead the growth of emerging online channels and D2C platforms.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and new channels such as quick commerce and D2C.
- Build and optimize online flagship stores, defining assortment, pricing, and consumer journey strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and regional teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Analyze digital performance data, category insights, and consumer behavior to enhance conversion and loyalty.
- Manage partnerships with online distributors, agencies, and logistics providers.
- Drive CRM and digital activation initiatives to increase engagement and retention.
What you'll bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or key account management.
- Deep understanding of marketplace management and online business development.
- Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of digital initiatives.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
