We are looking for a Lead for Business Development to work directly with our President and CEO. This role will be at the forefront of driving growth—identifying opportunities, generating leads, and securing clients across the group's service offerings.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead for Business Development located in National Capital Region, Philippines. The Lead for Business Development will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, communicating with potential clients, and collaborating with other departments to develop strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to analyze market trends
- Strong and effective Communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Proficiency in Customer Service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of successful business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the advisory or consulting industry is a plus
