Job Description
- Handle various IT tasks at the office including installation of software, deployment of laptops/desktops, networking, troubleshooting user issues, and other routine IT duties.
- Act as data protection officer for the company – in charge of data security.
- Monitor server logs and firewall logs.
- Monitor CCTV cameras.
- Prepare inventory of assets, IT alerts/reports, monitoring logs, and status reports on activities.
- Other technical activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year computer science course.
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role.
- Knowledgeable in both hardware and software troubleshooting.
Salary : Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
