Providing 2nd line IT support for all our internal departments. Coordinate with Client Tech Support to ensure all warranty related tasks are managed. Provide guidance, assistance and follow-up on client questions, problems or troubleshooting (hardware and software) Installing and configuring PCs and peripherals on request. Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability. Developing and maintaining documentation for all In scope support related subjects and producing reports as and when required. Involve in UAT for any new solution related to Desktop Engineering. Skill Required Need to have minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in pc and/or mobile telephony support. Need to have good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10, 11) & MS Office. Need to have good knowledge of hardware. Education Qualification Science/Any Graduate. In House ITIL Certified preferred. Yellow belt Certified preferred. Salient Features Good Communication skills - Oral and written No Shift or Location Constraints, it is a 24/5 shift and may have to work during weekends as per customer requirements.
