Job DescriptionThe ideal Patient Advocate is someone who strives to be empathetic and passionate in their work with patients while accomplishing their objectives for the success of the business.
Qualifications :
- Must possess a college degree in any field
- Must have at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in BPO industry (any account)
- Experience with outbound calls preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and strong data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and general computer literacy, working with dual screens
- Time management and strong organizational skills required
- Willing to work any assigned shift during a work week in Mandaluyong City
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to schedule patients in a timely manner to ensure that internal and external metrics are met
- Ensure you have all the necessary information (address, phone number, etc.) needed to schedule the appointment. If missing information, follow a designated workflow to locate the information
- Schedule an appointment with a Physical Therapy provider and keep the patient posted on the status
- Complete special projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Provide the best customer service to all callers
- Work on cases that require investigation for missing information necessary to schedule patients for their initial evaluations

Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator on behalf of a pediatric therapy clinic that provides occupational, speech, and developmental therapy services. The Patient Care Coordinator is the front line of support for patients and families, ensuring a smooth intake process, consistent scheduling, and excellent communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate, professional approach to patient-facing responsibilities. In addition to patient-facing coordination, the role will include assisting with therapist scheduling, timesheet review, and documentation tracking to ensure clinic operations run efficiently.

Operational & Administrative Support includes reviewing therapist timesheets for payroll, assisting with documentation review, supporting coordination across staff, and updating client communication lists.
Requirements :
- Prior experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, Medical Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant in a healthcare setting (pediatrics experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional and compassionate tone
- Experience using EMR systems (clinic uses Practice Pro)
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and comfort with digital scheduling and tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Reliable, proactive, and able to integrate as a core member of the client’s team
