Patient Experience & Growth Advisor
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila
Job Type: Full-Time
Transpeed Communications is seeking a high-performing Patient Experience & Growth Advisor to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. You'll be at the forefront of driving new patient conversions, expanding our cash-pay membership base, and promoting premium wellness services.
Your goal: maximize Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through exceptional patient engagement, strategic sales of high-ROI services (such as Emsculpt NEO, PRP, NAD+, injectables, and IV therapy), and cultivating community partnerships to broaden brand reach.
What You'll Be Doing
Membership Growth & Retention
- Lead efforts to convert leads into new memberships and retain existing members.
- Clearly communicate the value of higher-tier memberships and outcomes-based care.
- Monitor MRR performance and proactively address churn risks.
- Confidently present and close sales for high-impact wellness and aesthetic services.
- Create customized service bundles aligned with individual patient goals.
- Utilize social proof, before/after results, and financing options to support conversions.
- Build referral relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community leaders.
- Represent the brand at local events and digital communities to enhance visibility.
- Work with marketing and leadership to align campaign strategy with on-the-ground execution.
- Track sales activities and results in CRM platforms such as RepeatMD and AdvancedMD.
- Share patient feedback to inform product offerings and marketing.
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue and conversion KPIs while delivering an empathetic patient experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a consultative sales environment (healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, or high-ticket services preferred).
- Strong communication and closing skills, especially in virtual/phone-based settings.
- Experience with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented — thrives in a performance-driven role.
- Excellent organization and follow-through with a relationship-first approach.
- Experience selling wellness memberships or premium health services.
- Familiarity with systems like RepeatMD, AdvancedMD, or equivalent platforms.
- Background in referral-based growth or partnership development.
