User Acquisition & Channel Growth Manager My client is in a leading position in the fintech field in the Philippines. Job Description: Lead user growth initiatives for the company’s products in the Philippines through vertical traffic channels such as cross‑industry apps, emerging scenarios, and OEM partners. Identify fresh growth opportunities by monitoring the traffic market, develop corresponding strategies, and drive product expansion in overseas markets to achieve sustainable user base growth. Conduct in-depth analysis of potential partnership projects, break down objectives, and develop detailed plans covering resource allocation and progress milestones. Coordinate with internal teams including product, risk, development, and operations to ensure smooth project execution, promptly address bottlenecks, and take full accountability for the results. Prioritize regular market research and analysis, provide timely internal alerts and recommendations in response to market changes, support strategic company decisions, and suggest scientifically‑driven strategies for project development and operations. Expand and optimize SMS and voice routing resources in the Philippines, troubleshoot daily operational issues, and ensure workflow continuity across business scenarios. Manage and cultivate relationships with existing partners and vendors, identify new cooperation opportunities, and advance existing collaborations to greater depth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in overseas traffic BD and a strong understanding of the overseas market landscape. Experience within the credit/lending sector and developer network resources is a plus. In‑depth knowledge of overseas traffic models, clear grasp of various channels’ operational mechanisms, conversion paths, market positioning, and partnership processes. Strong business development and negotiation skills, basic data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in PPT and Excel. High stress tolerance and self‑driven motivation; strong goal‑oriented mindset.
