Job Summary:

We are looking for a Game Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives to drive awareness and player acquisition. This role requires a passionate gamer with strong digital marketing skills who can contribute to marketing strategies, collaborate with teams, and take ownership of key marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, is solution-oriented, and is accountable for delivering results.

Job Scope:

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing localized marketing campaigns to promote games.
  • Implement user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across multiple channels.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer marketing, paid ads, and content creation.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

Community & Influencer Engagement

  • Identify and engage with local gaming communities, content creators, and influencers.
  • Support KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships by coordinating content campaigns and collaborations.
  • Actively monitor, engage, and grow social media platforms, responding to player inquiries and feedback.
  • Propose creative engagement strategies to increase community interaction.

Event & Campaign Support

  • Assist in organizing offline and online gaming events, including tournaments, launch events, and promotional activities.
  • Work with partners to execute giveaways, special in-game events, and co-branded activations.
  • Support media partnerships, sponsorships, and local gaming initiatives to boost brand presence.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use marketing analytics tools to measure engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and gaming market insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional marketing, creative, and game publishing teams to align on marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies, PR firms, and external partners to execute marketing plans.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives adhere to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local gaming culture, communities, and industry trends.
  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer partnerships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [local language] and English.
  • Passion for gaming and esports.
