We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be a driving force behind our user and revenue growth. This is a highly analytical and experimental role where you will be tasked with optimizing the entire customer journey, from awareness to retention, using data-driven insights and rapid-fire testing. If you thrive on analyzing complex data, iterating quickly, and working cross-functionally to achieve measurable results, you'll be a great fit.


Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify customer behavior patterns, find growth opportunities, and draw meaningful conclusions to inform strategy.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests on landing pages, email campaigns, and product features, to optimize conversion rates and other key metrics.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Strategically work on the entire customer journey—from initial awareness and acquisition to engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement actionable, data-informed plans to achieve specific, measurable growth goals for the business.
  • Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize various marketing channels, such as SEO/SEM, email, social media, to maximize their impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other teams to integrate growth insights directly into the product and user experience.
