We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be a driving force behind our user and revenue growth. This is a highly analytical and experimental role where you will be tasked with optimizing the entire customer journey, from awareness to retention, using data-driven insights and rapid-fire testing. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify customer behavior patterns, find growth opportunities, and draw meaningful conclusions to inform strategy. Experimentation & Testing: Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests on landing pages, email campaigns, and product features, to optimize conversion rates and other key metrics. Full-Funnel Optimization: Strategically work on the entire customer journey—from initial awareness and acquisition to engagement, retention, and revenue . Strategy Development: Develop and implement actionable, data-informed plans to achieve specific, measurable growth goals for the business. Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize various marketing channels, such as SEO/SEM, email, social media, to maximize their impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other teams to integrate growth insights directly into the product and user experience. Key Skills & Characteristics Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights that translate into measurable strategies. Experimental Mindset: A proactive willingness to test new ideas, iterate quickly, and embrace experimentation to find winning growth strategies. Technical Acumen: Proficiency with growth marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics ), and A/B testing software. Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams, including product, design, and content.
