This remote role offers a flexible, entrepreneurial position where you will create and record sales outreach videos, engage prospects, and schedule meetings with our Sales Managers. Working from home full‑time, you can set your own hours while meeting daily technology and productivity standards. Responsibilities Send a minimum of 12 videos daily or 60 videos weekly Book one meeting per week Call 14‑18 prospects each day for follow‑ups Send a daily report to your direct manager or supervisor Monitor Slack, especially Sales channels Attend weekly sync with the BDR Team Have one‑on‑one meetings with the BDR Team Lead Watch 5 different people’s videos every week Complete at least 4 MAG courses Requirements Excellent communication and engagement skills Ability to multitask and create high‑quality online content Professional yet fun and creative approach to content ideas Motivated, driven, tech‑savvy, sociable go‑getters (no experience required, training provided) Professional work area with clear camera and audio Ability to build relationships through video collaboration Familiarity with current tech trends Organized with CRM input and follow‑up according to agency standards Capable of producing 20 Vidyard sales outreach videos Dual‑monitor setup with at least 8 GB of RAM Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps Benefits 40‑hour work week, 8 hours per day Competitive base salary Permanent WFH setup Unlimited free access to MAG School courses and SOP Library Schedule follows EST (Monday‑Friday) Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full‑time Industry: Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
