If so, RemoteVA PH is looking for you As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you'll play a critical role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn to identify and qualify leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients. Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers, assess their needs, and qualify them as potential business opportunities. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team with high-quality leads. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and feedback in our CRM system. Feedback & Collaboration: Share insights and feedback with the team to optimize outreach strategies. What We’re Looking For Relentless & Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting and exceeding targets. Resilient & Adaptable: You don’t get discouraged by rejection—you see it as part of the process. Excellent Communicator: Strong English skills with minimal accent are a must.
