Lead Generation Specialist - Drive our top‑of‑funnel efforts, manage outreach campaigns, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and tech‑savvy, with a knack for building relationships and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Research: Identify decision‑makers (CHROs, COOs, CEOs) using tools like Apollo.io & LinkedIn. Outreach & Campaigns: Execute cold email & LinkedIn outreach via Apollo.io and GetSales.io; test and refine messaging for better conversion. Lead Nurturing: Follow up consistently, re‑engage dormant leads, and qualify leads for forums, discovery calls, and demos. CRM Management: Track all interactions in Pipedrive, update pipelines, and provide weekly funnel reports. Campaign Support: Coordinate events, assist with content scheduling, and engage with leads on LinkedIn. Discovery Call Support: Ensure leads are prepped, scheduled, and confirmed for calls or events.
