About the Job: LeadAdvisors.com is looking for dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our team for a US-based campaign . If you have experience in sales, outbound calling, and handling US-based clients , this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career You will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our financial services and loan products to potential clients through outbound and inbound calls . Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Previous sales experience , preferably in US campaigns or financial services . Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills . Ability to work US hours (night shift in the Philippines). Tech requirements for WFH setup: Minimum i5 laptop/desktop with 16GB RAM . 95MBPS LAN internet connection . Willing to relocate or travel to Quezon City if no personal equipment is available. RESPONSIBILITIES Outbound Sales: Initiate calls to potential clients based on direct mail offers and marketing leads . Inbound Sales: Handle incoming inquiries from prospects responding to marketing campaigns. Client Engagement: Build rapport, assess client needs, and offer suitable financial solutions . Data Verification: Ensure client information is accurately captured and updated in the CRM system . Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close deals.
