Role Proactively contact small and large businesses through calls, SMS, and emails to introduce our services and set the stage for meaningful partnerships. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of lead generation strategies across diverse platforms and methods. Employ innovative techniques to identify potential business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs, fostering long‑term collaborations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities. Use data‑driven insights to refine approaches and achieve targets. Work closely with internal teams—operations, product development, and customer service—to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and client satisfaction. Ensure leads go to the correct salesperson based on location and industry. Use our systems to maintain accurate lead information. Respond to customer inquiries, including sales, general support, with an average response time of less than 12 hours. Explain to potential customers how our products work and offer services or advise. Handle and assist new and existing customers with escalated inquiries. Qualifications Preferably 2+ years in lead management, sales operations, or a similar role. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving growth objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
