Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, IT, Finance, Economics, Business Admin or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of TA/recruitment experience; IT/tech recruitment preferred
  • Experience in multinational/matrix organizations and stakeholder management outside the Philippines
  • Boolean/open web search skills; proficient in ATS, MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Fluent English communication and presentation

  • Strong organization and ability to manage diverse workload
