What You'll Do

Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance

Mentor and coach junior recruitment staff

Conduct high-level candidate interviews and assessments

What We're Looking For
8+ years of recruitment and team leadership experience

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record in managing recruitment teams

Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
