Job DescriptionExecutive Assistant to the CEO role with responsibilities to support the CEO and senior management.
Responsibilities- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management and special initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the executive team.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in an executive support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Leadership development, excellent communication skills, people management, and presentation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Fast-paced office environment, collaborating closely with senior management.
