Job Description

Executive Assistant to the CEO role with responsibilities to support the CEO and senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in project management and special initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the executive team.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in an executive support role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Leadership development, excellent communication skills, people management, and presentation skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
