
Executive Assistant – Office of the CEO

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CEO's schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences. Onsite and virtually.
- Handle confidential documents and information with integrity and discretion.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, briefing materials, and summaries for meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level documents and board materials.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Track project deadlines and follow up on action items.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, copying, and mail distribution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Preferred Competencies:
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
