Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CEO's schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences. Onsite and virtually.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with integrity and discretion.
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, briefing materials, and summaries for meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level documents and board materials.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Track project deadlines and follow up on action items.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, copying, and mail distribution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
