JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directly reporting to CEO
- Keeping the personal and executive affairs of CEO organized and in order
- Keep track of meetings and calendar of activities (both personal and work)
- Make sure CEO does not double book appointments
- Coordinate with other heads of the company in behalf of CEO
- Organizing personal and company/work files
- Assisting in personal and company chores (such as but not limited to purchasing items, paying bills, banking, booking flights, obtaining and preparing documents etc.)
- Take notes in both personal and official meetings
- Basically: ANY and ALL things CEO will ask you to do (given that they are reasonable, legal and ethical).
- Assist CEO in generating and monitoring operation metrics (sales, operational expenses, administrative expenses, asset management concerns and the likes). In this capacity, the ideal EA/PA is somebody who is organized as well as able to interpret data.
- This position requires coordination with different managers at different levels (from line managers/supervisors to heads of departments). The ideal candidate must be able to communicate properly in both written and verbal capacity. Communications is CRUCIAL in operations where lack of proper communication can adversely impact branch performance leading to loss in sales and demotivation that is why the ideal candidate must be able to communicate all necessary details with finesse and is able to report back to the COO in an accurate and timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least COLLEGE LEVEL
- Secretarial/Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant experience is a MUST.
- MUST be extremely ORGANIZED
- MUST be TRUSTWORTHY
- Microsoft Office Proficiency Level: MUST be Intermediate and above
- EXCELLENT communication skills

NOTE: As you will be functioning in both personal and executive capacities, the call of duty will sometimes go beyond office hours. This is part and parcel of the job. When you are called in for interview, kindly bring examples of how you manage your current boss' schedule. This may be in a form of a calendar, excel file or planner. Whatever it is, just bring it so we can see how well you stay on top of our boss' schedule.
