Business Development Manager - Philippines Join FP Markets (First Prudential Markets) as a Full‑time Business Development Manager, remotely in the Philippines. Responsibilities Develop your assigned country, territory or region, converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners. Actively hunt trading professionals on social and professional platforms/forums/blogs/communities, engaging them as clients/partners. Find the most effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products in a practical form. Assist in onboarding trading clients, affiliates, IBs, money managers and other partners, working closely with customer support to deliver an impeccable client experience. Work closely with marketing and back‑office teams to prepare necessary sales/marketing content. Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners, proactively retaining and reactivating clients and partners. Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures. Monitor affiliates and partners regularly to optimize activities and performance, ensuring KPIs are met. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, providing feedback on the customer journey to management. Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per company policies and ethics. Travel to conferences and business meetings where required. Candidate Profile Strong preference for candidates with FX/CFD and online trading experience. Tagalog required, fluent English essential; preference for individuals with working experience or connections in the region. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines. Client‑focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence and persuade mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client. Dynamic, self‑motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed. Ability to work well independently and within a team, with a can‑do attitude.
