
Business Development Associate

JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expanding our market reach. He/She will be responsible in providing assistance to Sales' daily operations and in any Joint Venture Business Development requirement and deliverables. His/her primary focus will be on business plan creation and preparation, product development and project management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide relevant assistance and prepare market studies of projects or sites (operational and future acquisitions). a. Project SWOT analysis including competition analysis. b. Market and Feasibility Studies
- Prepare timetables relevant for project monitoring.
- Prepare data and information sheet needed for BOI - related initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and development stage of the project and prepare project's brief components with guidance through coordination with the Planning, Acquisition, Cost Management and Sales and Marketing team.
- Prepare project financials and gather relevant data as support.
- Oversee budget vs. actual as part of project monitoring.
- Oversee property management operations, assist in project monitoring (i.e. costs, budgets, disbursements, etc.); Resolve issues on handled projects.
- Help or provide assistance in securing permits, take care of legal documents and help in organizing presentations and negotiations.
- Represent the team and external affairs related to the project such as community relations and government relations.
- Manage correspondence with key contacts.
- Assist with sales inventory management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- With bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics; or any related business course
- Fresh graduate or with a minimum of two (2) years experience in Real Estate, Bank and any related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, and Canva is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal and public relations skills
- Must be willing to learn
- A collaborator and team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
