Location: Aqwire – Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Account Executive We're actively looking for an Account Executive who excels at building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role demands a proactive, customer‑focused individual who can understand our clients' needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction. The Account Executive will be working under the Account Management Team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a technology or software industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to collaboratively work with cross‑functional teams. Results‑oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Key Responsibilities Handles engagements with current clients assigned by the Head of Account Management. Leads post‑sales activities in coordination with the Sales Team. Works with the Sales Team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships. Upsells products and additional features of the portal to all handled clients. Establishes, develops, and maintains communication and good business relationships with clients. Ensures the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to current client needs and objectives. Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., Engineering Team, Marketing Team, Finance Team, Customer Support) to address current client needs. Oversees client account management, including renewal of contracts and agreements, portal usage, and additional key contacts. Schedules regular training sessions with clients to ensure they are well informed of our platform. Helps to achieve overall business goals.
