Business Development Representative - Sales MedSpecialized, Inc., a subsidiary of Meditab Software, is a leading provider of technology and staffing support to the healthcare industry. Headquartered in Cebu, MedSpecialized was established in 2010 and has grown into a thriving BPO company with over 800 dedicated professionals. Role Description MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to generate leads, manage client outreach, and support the growth of our business. The role involves inbound and outbound sales activities, client engagement, and coordination with the sales team. Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Onsite Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to potential clients Follow up on inbound inquiries, website leads, and referrals Schedule appointments and demonstrations with prospects Describe product benefits and advise on solutions tailored to prospects’ needs Record all client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM Coordinate deliverables for clients with the appropriate departments Prepare and update daily reports and track progress toward targets Provide exceptional client service and maintain accurate records Support the sales team in achieving business development goals > Requirements: At least 1 year of sales experience (outbound sales/cold calling preferred), fresh graduates are welcome to apply Any college degree; third-year completed preferred Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus) Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent phone etiquette, listening skills, and attention to detail Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP): Monthly salary of up to 30,000php (depending on experience) New hire bonus of 5,000php Risk allowance of 2,000php Perks and other benefits: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed Paid time off—public holidays, vacation, and personal time off Robust and effective Government Benefits Administration Lactation breaks (for breastfeeding moms) Discounted optical services with our partner clinic Free lunch/dinner and unlimited coffee and ice cream daily (for onsite employees) Free Health insurance with one free dependent Free Life insuranceFree Accident insurance Relocation allowance for new hires (from outside Cebu) Company-sponsored outings Interest-based employee clubs (DOTA, Basketball, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga) Our Recruitment Process: Candidate Application Form General Assessment Phone Screening Technical Interview Reference Check Job Offer Training Equal Opportunity Employer.
