Salary: PHP 35,000 -Php 40,000
We are seeking highly driven and persuasive Business Development Representative
to join our client's sales team through Boomering. This role is critical in helping the business scale its growth efforts in the Debt Resolution and Roofing & Solar industries. As part of a growing team, you will play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads and setting appointments that directly impact revenue growth.
As a Business Development Representative: You will be responsible for high -volume outbound calling (800–1,000 dials daily) using auto -dialers and CRM tools such as CallTools, RingCentral, and HubSpot. Your main objective is to generate at least 10 qualified leads per week and set 5 confirmed appointments. With a proven script and full training provided, you'll handle objections, drive conversations, and ensure prospects are effectively guided toward appointments. Experience in credit card resolution or roofing & solar sales is a plus, but a strong cold calling background is essential.
Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative Representative would be:
• Conduct 800–1,000 outbound calls daily using auto -dialers (CallTools, RingCentral) and HubSpot CRM.
• Generate at least 10 qualified leads and set 5 appointments per week (1 per day).
• Use proven sales scripts to pitch services, handle objections, and secure commitments.
• Demonstrate resilience in managing rejection and persistence in follow -up conversations.
• Report daily activity and outcomes through CRM tools.
• Collaborate with account managers and team leads to ensure performance targets are met.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
• Grow into future leadership opportunities such as Team Lead roles (coaching, auditing calls, onboarding support).
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of outbound cold calling/sales experience (non -negotiable).
• Strong sales personality: confident, persuasive, and resilient.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dialers (CallTools, HubSpot, RingCentral preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with minimal accent (near -native fluency required).
• Background in roofing/solar or debt resolution is a plus but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a high -volume, metrics -driven sales environment.
