Business Development Representative | NightShift | Onsite - Start ASAP Join us as a Business Development Representative at Sound Connection Phils. Inc. (Staff Outsourcing Solutions). The role is onsite in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset. Overview Staff Outsourcing Solutions specializes in hosting, setting up, and managing offshore business operations in the Philippines for a global client base. We provide cost-effective, flexible business process outsourcing solutions. Job Purpose As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a key driver of revenue generation, generating and qualifying new business opportunities to grow our customer base. Responsibilities Research and identify target leads and market opportunities. Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, social media, and face‑to‑face interactions. Qualify prospects, aligning them with our offer and target market. Build and nurture long‑term relationships with potential clients. Manage your own sales pipeline, achieve KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and MRR contribution. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience (BDR or similar lead generation role preferred). Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and rapport‑building capabilities. Proficient with CRM software and sales tools. Good understanding of the outsourcing/tele‑calling industry. Adaptable, fast learner, able to handle constructive feedback. Will work onsite and during Philippine holidays. Ability to start ASAP.
