Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts for high-volume roles across various functions and locations. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for both cultural and role fit. Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and campus recruitment initiatives. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Stay informed on labor market trends and best practices in volume and niche hiring. Manage recruitment for a mix of contact center roles and specialized/niche positions , ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and talent strategies. Qualifications At least 1 year of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on BPO recruitment or high-volume hiring .
