We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Recruitment and Administration Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a minimum of five (5) years of dedicated experience in full-cycle recruitment and proven expertise in managing general office administration. This hybrid role is critical to our success, ensuring we attract top talent while maintaining smooth and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition approval to offer acceptance for various roles across the organization (entry-level to senior management).
  • Sourcing and Strategy: Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, define job requirements, and establish effective interview and selection processes.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and company policies. Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting our employer brand both online and at recruiting events.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize confidential HR and administrative files and records in compliance with company policies.
  • Support Services: Provide general administrative support to the executive team and various departments, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

A minimum of five (5) years of progressive, hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
